"I was looking for a personal trainer to help me lose weight and strengthen my back and upper body, in particular.  My chiropractor told me that more regular exercise and stretching would help me with my chronic lower back issues.  Greg created a program for me that was designed to build strength and flexibility.  Since I travel extensively for business, Greg also developed a "travel program" that I can easily do in my hotel room.  After just 4 weeks of working with Greg, I had more energy and noticeably improved flexibility.  Now 12 weeks into my program with Greg, my back feels great and I have stopped seeing the chiropractor!"

Greg put together a 10-week Saturday morning Boot Camp class that helped Hanover Township residents jump start their NewYear. The bootcamp class helped participants to gain muscle and burn fat, as well as gain knowledge into exercise and health with bi-monthly handouts.

"Greg has been such a blessing to me!  I have been working with Greg for 13 weeks now.  When I began, I had knee problems.  That knee has been bothering me for at least 18 years.  I was told by a dr. long ago to pamper that knee, so I did.  I never gave it much thought over the 18 years....just that it was a part of my life.  Greg worked with me in strengthening the muscles around the knee and if my knee hurt, we backed off of that exercise and on to try something else.  He had me doing 1/4 squats (which isn't very far down at all), and at the time was all my knee could handle.  Today, I am utterly amazed how far I can go down when I do squats and with no pain whatsoever!!!!  I live life now pain free, which is a great feeling.  Thanks Greg for all the encouragement you have given me so far.  Looking forward to the next 11 weeks!!!!"

"In May, my mom hired Greg to keep me physically active. Surprisingly the fitness program worked in every way. He was a great guy who is very nice. The work was never too easy or too hard-creating an amazing program. Greg came to my house a few times each week. While inside/outside Greg gave me several exercises to do that would help me build strength. These included stretching, weights, running, etc. The exercises were never too easy or too hard it was just the right difficulty. Occasionally Greg would add a new exercise or have me lift more weight or run more than usual. By the end of the sessions my strength had greatly improved. Besides helping me get strong Greg was also very nice. He talks to me during the sessions and really gets to know you well.  In addition, Greg will usually arrive a little early. All and all Greg is a great physical trainer. I recommend him. He not only will help you to bulk up, but will allow “fitness to come to you.”  Trust me, you do not want to overlook Greg. Call him up and prepare to get physically fit."

In addition, I've decreased my bodyfat by 3.7%, lost 5 lbs, and more than an inch off my waist since I started two months ago. Greg varies each training session with new exercises that works out the same muscles in different ways. He's always on time, prepared, positive and makes each workout challenging. He ensures I maintain good form while maximizing my reps and weight. Its all too easy to slack off when you work out alone. You also get into a rut repeating the same ol' routines.
